Ghana’s Office of the Judicial Secretary has handed a registrar at a High Court in Tema, Sebastian Agbo, a dismissal letter for reportedly preparing 30 fraudulent Court Orders.

The letter, dated 7 June 2023 and signed by the Judicial Secretary, Justice Cynthia Pamela A. Addo, says the registrar, by the act, committed a Major Offence under Section 37 (a) of the Conditions of Service for Senior and Junior Employees of the Judicial Service.

“In view of the foregoing, Mr Sebastian Agbo no longer represents the Judicial Service. All persons who deal with him, therefore, do so at their own peril,” the letter says.

It further stresses: “Please, be advised accordingly.”
